Early on in my professional life, I was involved in research into archaic machine translation systems and in providing software localisation and translation services.

My journey took a transformative turn when I trained as an emergency nurse, where I witnessed firsthand the impact of technology on patient care and became passionate about enhancing the customer experience.

Driven by this newfound interest, I studied UX and explored a startup idea focused on decentralising patient medical records. Although the project didn’t meet DVF criteria, it deepened my commitment to Human-Centred Design.

Now, with over 7 years of experience in UX and product design, I excel in driving innovation across sectors like government, startups, digital transformation, and enterprise health, finance, and aviation services. My expertise lies in blending quantitative and qualitative research to craft actionable, inclusive design solutions.

I specialise in end-to-end delivery of design projects, mentoring, and strategy, consistently enhancing team productivity and design maturity within agile environments. A versatile self-learner with a growth mindset, I thrive on challenges and rapid growth.
